Marketing with Asif

Services

Paid media run by the person you hired

On direct engagements there are no account managers and no handoffs. I plan the strategy, build the campaigns, write the reports and answer your messages.

Pick one service or combine them. Most clients start with an audit, then move to ongoing management for Google, Meta or both.

Google Ads management

Most Google Ads accounts I audit look healthy because branded search is propping them up. I separate the demand your ads create from the demand they collect, then put the budget where it actually grows the business.

How google ads management works
  • Account rebuild or restructure with a written plan
  • Regular performance notes and a running change log
  • Review calls covering what happened, what I recommend next and what needs your decision
  • Brand vs non-brand reporting against your break-even ROAS
Example: US jewelry brand7.02x Reported ROAS against a 2.5x break-even

Meta Ads management

Meta's job is creating demand, and creative does most of the targeting now. I build a steady pipeline of distinct angles so new ads earn their budget, then split campaigns so you can see which products and audiences are carrying the account.

How meta ads management works
  • Campaign and audience structure
  • Creative briefs, a testing plan and results
  • Offer and landing page recommendations
  • Regular notes and review calls
Example: UK D2C brand4.44x Reported purchase ROAS

How decisions get made

  1. 01

    Before anything changes

I learn the business first: products, customers, why people buy and why they hesitate. Then I study what the account has already done, so nothing that works gets replaced just to look different.

  2. 02

    How budget gets used

Protect the spend that's producing. Fund focused tests with money set aside for learning. Move budget again as the evidence changes. Your ad budget and my fee are separate conversations.

  3. 03

    Before spending more

What's actually driving the result? What's the constraint: margin, stock, cash flow or demand? And what happens to efficiency as spend rises?

  4. 04

    What you hear from me

What happened, what the evidence suggests, what I recommend next, and what needs your decision.

For DTC brands I judge

  • Which products bring in new customers
  • What a new customer costs to acquire
  • Average order value
  • Whether the economics support more spend

For service businesses I judge

  • Location and service intent
  • Calls versus forms
  • Whether leads turn into real jobs
  • A cheap lead isn't automatically a good one

We’ll probably work well together if

  • You run a DTC brand or service business and already spend on Google, Meta or both
  • You want to see the real numbers, including the ones that don't flatter the account
  • You'll act on an agreed plan, from offer and creative to tracking fixes
  • You'd rather talk to the person doing the work than an account manager

I’m probably not the right fit if

  • You'd rather have a report that looks good than one that's accurate
  • You're looking for free trial work or the cheapest option available
  • You want guaranteed results before anyone has seen the account
  • Your product or business isn't allowed under Google or Meta ad policies
  • You're in a field I haven't worked in, such as legal services. I'll tell you so on the call
  • You need TikTok, SEO or email handled as well (I focus on Google and Meta)
