Google Ads management

Google Ads built around new customers and your break-even

Most Google Ads accounts I audit look healthy because branded search is propping them up. I separate the demand your ads create from the demand they collect, then put the budget where it actually grows the business.

Tools I use here

  • Google Ads
  • Merchant Center
  • GA4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Looker Studio

Signs you need this

  • ROAS looks great, but Shopify revenue barely moves when you raise budget
  • Performance Max takes most of the spend and you can't see where it goes
  • Brand and non-brand searches sit in the same campaigns
  • Your feed has missing GTINs, weak titles or disapproved products

Who it’s for

  • DTC brands on Shopify or WooCommerce already selling online
  • Accounts that have stalled at a spend level and can't scale without ROAS dropping
  • Brands that rely on Meta and want a second channel that pulls its weight
  • Service businesses that need leads that turn into real jobs, not just cheap ones

What I actually do

  1. Step 1

    Split brand from non-brand

Branded search gets its own campaigns, budget and target. Everything else is judged on the new revenue it brings in.

  2. Step 2

Fix the feed before the bids

Titles, GTINs, product types and images in Merchant Center decide how Shopping and Performance Max perform. I clean them up first.

  3. Step 3

    Use Performance Max on purpose

PMax runs on product groups that have earned it, with clean audience signals, not as a catch-all that hides everything.

  4. Step 4

    Scale what deserves it

More budget goes where the evidence supports it, and I watch what happens to efficiency as spend grows.

What you get

  • Account rebuild or restructure with a written plan
  • Regular performance notes and a running change log
  • Review calls covering what happened, what I recommend next and what needs your decision
  • Brand vs non-brand reporting against your break-even ROAS

Questions people ask

Do you use Performance Max?

Yes, for products that have proven they sell. I keep branded search out of it where possible and run it alongside Search and Shopping, so it can't take credit for sales other campaigns made.

How soon will I see results?

Tracking and structural problems are usually the first things fixed. How fast budget can grow after that depends on the account: margin, stock, cash flow and demand all play a part. The supplement account on this site went from zero to about $52K a month in three to four months.

Will you need access to Shopify?

Read access to Shopify, GA4 and Merchant Center helps me check that what Google reports matches what you actually sold. I don't need admin rights.
