Who I am

This website is run by Muhammad Asif Afzal, trading as Marketing with Asif. I’m responsible for the personal information you send through it.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, website, the revenue and ad spend ranges you pick, the channels you run, your main goal and your message. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the details you enter there, under Calendly’s own privacy policy.

Why I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare for our call and, if we work together, manage that relationship. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and my legitimate interest in responding. I don’t sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent by email through my web host, Hostinger, and stored in my email inbox. I keep enquiries for up to two years unless we start working together, in which case I keep them for the length of the engagement.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, this site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages are useful, and measure when someone sends the form or books a call. Google may set cookies such as _gato do this. Nothing is set until you choose Accept in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you reject, Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals under Google Consent Mode.

Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so you aren’t asked on every page. Calendly may set its own cookies when the booking calendar loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Send the request through the contact formand I’ll respond within one month. If you’re in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
