What I found
On Meta, creative does most of the targeting. Without a steady testing rhythm and campaigns with distinct jobs, it's hard to tell what is actually driving sales.
What I decided
- Ran a regular creative-testing cycle so new ads earned budget before they were scaled.
- Gave each campaign a clear role, from prospecting through retargeting.
- Tracked cost per purchase alongside ROAS so volume and efficiency stayed in view together.
Reported result
Across five campaigns the account spent £41,978 and reported 2,371 purchases worth £186,360, a 4.44x purchase ROAS at £17.70 per purchase.
